Team coaching approach
Our team coaching uses an approach that taps and leverages the collective expertise of the group. A discovery process is used to determine the individual and collective expertise, perspectives, strengths and gaps, and goals of the members of the team. From that baseline, the team purposefully moves through the development stages to achieve high team performance.
