Cormag Consulting is lead by founder and principal, Ann Whelehan Smego, who is trained and certified by Columbia University’s graduate level program in executive and organizational coaching and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development. She is certified and experienced with psychological measures, assessments, structured interviews and 360-degree feedback.
In addition to experience as seasoned executive coach working with leaders in several industries and across functions, her coaching approach is also based on twenty years experience as a senior leader at a Fortune 100 corporation. She has a clear understanding of the leader’s perspective and she leverages both her management and coaching experience to provide measurable value for her clients.
